Digital Analyst for Sports E-Commerce Company

We are currently managing a Digital Analyst (GA4 / GTM) role for an important E-Commerce based in Barcelona.

By joining this project you will lead the measurement plan and impact on strategic data-driven decisions made across the Online Marketing, CRM and Product departments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and management of the measurement plan. 
• Management of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Generation of customized reports in GA4 for different stakeholders (Product teams, Marketing, Pricing). 
• Analysis of user behavior, traffic, conversion and new user acquisition. 
• Analysis of AB test and customizations to evaluate the generated business hypothesis and results. 
• Collect, clean and analyze data from various digital platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Criteo, Meta, Optimizely, Google Search Console.) to measure the performance of the business and the different campaigns. 

Requirements:

• +2 years of experience as an analyst / CRO rol, using Google Tag Manager (creation and configuration of events) within an ecommerce environment and digital business projects. 
• “User centricity” approach. 
• Strong analytical skills to relate behaviors with high 
  volume of data. 
• Great knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and GTM. (Creation and configuration of events, creation of custom reports,) 
• Technical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS. 
• Business mindset and the ability to provide valuable propositions.
