Data Lead for and International Marketing Agency

We are currently managing a Data Lead role for an International Marketing Agency that is now collaborating with more than 100 clients Worldwide, who will work closely with the Chief Data Officer and manage three data teams (analyst, operational and engineers). 

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage three teams (Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Operations) with 24 members, ensuring collaboration and alignment with business goals.
• Project Management: Deliver tailored digital solutions by understanding client needs and overseeing complex projects efficiently.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels using data-driven strategies.
• Data Automation: Oversee data collection and integration to fuel marketing automation workflows and ensure precise measurement.
• Performance Analytics: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze results to provide actionable insights and transparent client reporting.
• Strategic Optimization: Leverage data to enhance campaign performance, optimize ROI, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and launching marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of the industry and digital strategies.
• Proficiency with Data Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Data Lakes such as Snowflake for large-scale data management.
• Practical knowledge of CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) like Segment for data integration and activation.
• Experience with campaign management tools such as SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Braze, or Adobe Campaign.
• Ability to execute paid media strategies and manage campaigns across multiple advertising channels.
• Expertise in tagging tools like Google Tag Manager and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Looker.
