We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join an innovative IoT company, working in technological solutions for the mobility sector.

Responsabilities

Become an expert in the company products and services
Interact with clients (B2B and B2C) and develop relationships with them to improve their experience with the service
Write down the received feedback in order to be able to identify the most common problems and their solutions
Collaborate with new ideas on how to improve the company services and products

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
Good communication skills
2+ years of experience in Customer Success
Being an organized, dinamic person
Interpersonal skills, such as empathy or positive attitude
