Customer Success Manager for B2B Startup


We are trying to cover a Client Success Manager role for a Real State Software Company in Barcelona!

The goal is to help the company get the yearly quota and help Real State owners accelerate their business through a Digital Marketing Platform.



  • Develop and manage client portfolios.
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers.
  • Improve onboarding processes.
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  • Mediate between clients and the organization.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Minimize customer churn.
  • Aid in product design and product development.


Customer Success Manager Requirements:


  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Software Sales
  • Native / Biligüal English
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience doing Demos / Onboardings, Cross-selling, Up-selling
  • Being comfortable selling to all audiences
  • Consultative Sales Skills, negotiation skills and solve problems
