Customer Success Manager for E-Learning based in Barcelona

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join an e-learning start up based in Barcelona.

By joining this project, as one of the early members of the team and reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with him in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with great career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary contact for customers.

  • Handling the customer chat, building a relationship of trust with existing and new customers responding to their comments and proactively communicating with them.

  • Supporting onboarding of new customers and ensure successful navigation on the platform.

  • Ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction through regular analysis of both the platform and CRM (Hubspot).

  • Advocating for customer needs by capturing and sharing feedback with the different teams (Product, Marketing, Sales).

  • Identify areas for improvement of the e-learning solution and implement strategies to increase sales based on the information gathered.

  • Helping out with smaller financial tasks, like billing and keeping track of the revenue streams.

  • Collaborating closely with other teams to identify new business opportunities and improve conversion. 

Requirements:

  • Previous customer relationship experience in Customer Success or Sales roles in B2B and/or B2C environments.
  • Understanding of the CRM (Hubspot).

  • Experience in creating written content (emailing) will be a plus.

  • Strong communication, listening and analytical skills. 

  • Spanish as mother tongue and fluent in English.
