CTO hands-on for a leading European Start-up

We're managing a role for a leading European Start-up in innovation, which has won prestigious awards, with a product that streamlines and improves the user experience.
The position as a CTO requires someone hands-on to lead, build and manage the technology team in the Barcelona office.
Responsibilites:
- Implement new features
- Continue transitioning the code to a microservices architecture
- Define technical processes
- Manage and lead the development team
- Work with other departemtns in their strategic / operative needs
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge in PHP and Laravel
- Experience working with Javascript, TDD, testing and SCRUM
- Notions of DevOps, Linux and infrastructure
- Have led a team of at least 5 people
- Fluent in english
