We are looking for a strategic, creative, and analytical Content Specialist to join a fast-growing digital media company focused on creating highly engaging video content for global audiences. This is an end-to-end creative role where you will identify high-potential content opportunities, develop unique video concepts, and transform ideas into viral video products.

You will play a key role in understanding why content performs, combining audience insights, storytelling, platform knowledge, and creative thinking to maximize the impact of every project. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate exceptional content opportunities from creators around the world.
• Develop unique video concepts and define the best creative treatment for each project.
• Build compelling storytelling structures that maximize audience retention and engagement.
• Analyze trends, platform behaviour, audience psychology, pacing, hooks, and packaging to optimize content performance.
• Own projects throughout the full production lifecycle, from content evaluation to publishing performance.
• Collaborate closely with editors, thumbnail specialists, project managers, and other creative stakeholders to deliver high-performing videos.
• Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to continuously improve creative decisions.
• Experiment with new content formats, workflows, and creative approaches to drive innovation.
• Contribute to process improvements and act as a role model within the Content team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content strategy, digital media, creative production, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, audience retention, viral content, and social media platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify high-potential content opportunities.
• Experience developing creative concepts and working closely with video production teams.
• Passion for digital content, online trends, and creator ecosystems.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
