We´re partnering with a high-growth international SaaS company that is accelerating its international expansion (focus on U.S. market) and scaling its marketing team to drive the next phase of growth. They are looking for a forward-thinking Chief Marketing Officer to define and execute the strategic marketing vision, elevate marketing performance, and support measurable business outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team, work cross-functionally with key departments, and have a direct impact on the company´s growth trajectory. 

Responsibilities: 

• Define and implement a unified marketing roadmap to support international expansion.
• Lead, mentor, ad empower a team of 8 marketing professionals across content, growth, product, and performance.
• Own the full marketing funnel: digital acquisition, content, CRM, and lifecycle marketing: optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and synergies across departments.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive continues improvements.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in SaaS,
• Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment, scaling marketing teams, and delivering measurable growth metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset and data fluency (tracking, KPIs, marketing automation, etc.).
• Fluent English.
