Cloud&Infra Support Engineer for an international manufacturing greentech

We are currently managing a Cloud&Infra Support engineer role for one of the world's leading international motorbike companies, with a mission to lead the shift towards sustainable motorbikes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cloud and on-premises environments, working closely with external partners and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Oversee user support, including workspace setup, hardware support, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Drive automation within DevOps, enhancing efficiency and reliability, and keep documentation organized for team clarity.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, recommending improvements and maintaining a transparent approach.
- Support team success by modeling best practices, mentoring new team members, and keeping work backlogs up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Skilled in managing cloud infrastructure and on-prem environments, with expertise in network and security principles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments; basic familiarity with MacOS.
- Fluent in English, with a background in DevOps and automation tools.
- Plus point: Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, along with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
