CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER FOR REAL STATE STARTUP

We are currently trying to cover a Customer Success Role for a B2B, SAAS Startup in Barcelona!

This is a Real Estate Tech Startup that aims to disrupt the $12 Trillion commercial real estate industry.

We are building an innovative Digital Marketing platform for commercial properties and looking for incredibly resourceful, fun and talented professionals to help continue to accelerate the business.

JOB SUMMARY

As an Customer Success Manager, you will be selling the value of the platform to commercial real estate companies in a fast-paced and exciting industry.

The Client Success Manager is an inside sales-based position requiring the capacity to be creative, results-obsessed and cross-sell and up-sell business through online meetings and over the phone.

You will be a closing role responsible for conducting Demos, Onboardings and Churn Reduction, among others.

You will be the key driver of revenue growth for the company, and on the front lines for evangelizing our product.
 

REQUIREMENTS

– At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales 
– Superior communication skills (native English mandatory), from USA it's a plus.
– Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
– You have experience demoing B2B software and are comfortable selling to all audiences
– Experience using consultative sales skills to negotiate and solve problems
– Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus
