Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – SaaS

We’re partnering with a high-growth international SaaS company that is redefining its sector through innovation and data. As they continue scaling, they’re looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take full ownership of the Finance function and lead the company’s strategic financial direction.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and board, driving the financial growth and sustainability of a fast-paced, data-driven tech business.

Responsibilities: 

• Define and lead the company´s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and investor expectations.
• Oversee all Finance & Accounting operations, including reporting, forecasting, cash management, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and external advisors.
• Oversee fundraising activities (equity and debt), including financial due diligence and valuation analysis.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in Financial leadership role. (Finance Director, Head of Finance, or CFO)
• Strong track record in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Solid understanding of financial metrics and performance drivers.
• Previous experience in audits is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record in fundraising, investor relations, and financial governance
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and proactive approach.
• Motivation to grow within a startup and take on increasing responsibility.
