Business Manager Automoción / Motorsport

We are looking for a B2B Business Manager to join an innovative consulting division in the Formula 1, Motorsport and Automotive environment extending their operations into Aerospace and Aviation. 

By joining this project you will maintain key relationships with existing high performance customers and develop and expand with new customers in the UK, Spain and the rest of Europe. 
 

Responsabilities:

  • Ensure excellent relationship with existing customers by seeking sustainable growth of accounts.

  • Anticipate customer’s in-house needs and upselling/croselling possibilities to offer tailor-made solutions.

  • Expand new clients across the UK, Spain and other European countries such as Germany and Italy.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, brand promotion, negotiation, follow up and growth of accounts.

  • Participate in recruiting and hiring top talent to build highly skilled engineering teams that will successfully develop the client’s in-house projects.

  • Follow up on the talent established at the client’s home and ensure the smooth running of teams and projects.
     

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience on the full sales cycle in UK prospecting, closing and nurturing successful relationships with customers and achieving sustainable business growth.

  • Strong knowledge of the automotive and motorsport ecosystem and a clear vision of companies involved and market trends.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and people management skills.

  • Track record of building and managing teams and providing effective leadership to ensure talent and business success.

  • Background in consulting firm working for multiple clients.

  • Experience using Suite Microsoft,  ERP Odoo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other 

  • Understanding of relevant industry tools such as CATIA V5 D Experience, Altair suite simulation software, Siemens suite, etc.

  • English bilingual and Spanish would be highly valued.
