We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join a leading European company leveraging technology to create a positive impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and seamless integration across components.
- Work with complex and diverse data sources, improving accessibility, efficiency, and overall system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement within an agile development environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.
- Fluency in English for international team collaboration.
Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 50k
- Hybrid model: 3 days in-office + 2 remote days per week.
