Art Lead / Creative Director for a Mobile Apps Start-up based in Barcelona

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Lead / Creative Director to join our creative team.
As the Art Lead / Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our Mobile Apps and defining the Creatives Strategy for User Acquisition campaigns on various advertising platforms.
You will lead the Creatives Strategy, ensuring that our visual content is not only aesthetically pleasing but also strategically aligned with our marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Provide visionary leadership in the development of creative concepts, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and target audience. Spearhead the creation of compelling and innovative visual content for mobile apps and advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Google Ads, among other channels.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate closely with marketing and advertising teams to understand campaign objectives and develop creative assets that resonate with the target audience. Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to ensure our creative strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Benchmarking: Be informed about the latest trends in the industry and the strategies that competitors are executing.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process for all creative outputs, ensuring that they meet brand standards, are error-free, and adhere to platform guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and data analytics, to integrate creative strategies seamlessly across all touchpoints.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of creative assets and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize creative strategies for enhanced user engagement and acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in a mobile app development and digital advertising environment.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
