AI Tech Lead for SaaS B2B Company

We are working with a fast-growing tech company moving towards an AI-native model, looking for a Tech Lead to drive the design and scaling of AI systems while leading high-performing engineering squads.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the technical architecture of AI systems aligned with product goals

• Lead the squad’s development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to AI pipeline deployment

• Identify improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency across marketing automation systems

• Mentor and grow a team of AI Engineers, fostering strong technical standards

• Monitor key technical metrics and ensure delivery speed, quality, and system reliability

Requirements

• Strong experience in software development with proven experience leading technical teams

• Background working with AI/LLM systems in production environments

• Solid understanding of scalable system architecture and cloud infrastructure

• Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and ownership

• Proficiency in Python and experience with advanced LLM techniques (e.g. RAG, agents)
