AI Head of Product for a SaaS B2B Company

We are working with a fast-growing tech company evolving towards an AI-native model, looking for a Head of Product to lead product strategy and drive the development of scalable AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global product strategy aligned with business growth and AI transformation goals
• Lead the design, launch, and scaling of AI-native products and systems
• Identify opportunities to improve automation across product features and operational workflows
• Build and scale high-performing product and technical teams
• Track and optimize key product metrics such as retention, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product roles within tech environments, ideally with an engineering background
• Proven track record working in SaaS, AI-driven products, or fast-paced startup environments
• Strong experience defining roadmaps and delivering complex product initiatives
• Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and navigate uncertainty
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
