AI Engineer for a SaaS B2B

We are working with a fast-growing tech company evolving towards an AI-native model, looking for an AI Engineer to build scalable systems that automate marketing delivery and enhance production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end AI pipelines to generate content such as copy, images, and social media posts
• Design and improve prompts, agent flows, and LLM-based solutions for marketing use cases
• Integrate different language models into stable and efficient production environments
• Implement quality control frameworks to monitor and improve AI-generated outputs
• Automate operational tasks including content scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Python in production (APIs, data processing, automation)
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, including prompt engineering and retrieval-based systems
• Experience building scalable workflows or data pipelines in real environments
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of solutions
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
