Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and optimize automated marketing strategies that improve lead generation and conversion.
This role will own the full automation funnel, connecting marketing, sales and data through technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the marketing automation platform (HubSpot), ensuring clean data and proper integrations with CRM and analytics tools
• Design and launch automated email campaigns, nurturing workflows and landing pages aligned with different funnel stages
• Implement lead scoring models and configure automated lead routing to support the sales team
• Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests and optimize conversion rates across the funnel
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and content teams to align messaging, customer journey and performance goals

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing automation with strong expertise in HubSpot
• Solid understanding of email marketing, segmentation strategies and CRM management
• Experience building landing pages and working with basic HTML/CSS
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into improvements
• Proactive and detail-oriented profile with strong collaboration skills
